I totally agree about the importance of using plain language! I often use visuals, like charts that break down vaccination timelines… It’s been super helpful in my practice, especially with anxious parents.
I once used a story about a superhero getting their boosters to explain vaccinations to kids. It made them more interested and eased some parents’ worries, too. As @webinargal pointed out, visuals can really enhance understanding and trust, but sometimes a good tale can hit home just as effectively.
