Go-to apps for quick contraceptive counseling

In clinic I keep the CDC MEC app and ACOG guidance open on my iPad to streamline 20-minute visits, especially when navigating migraines with aura, postpartum timing, or hypertension. What other tools help you in preventive and reproductive health visits — maybe a risk calculator or a simple emergency contraception chart — that truly save time at the point of care?

I keep the Bedsider providers’ Quick Start + EC chart open on my phone (https://www.bedsider.org/providers) to speed same-day starts and EC choices in 20-minute visits; it pairs well with MEC, but I still double-check migraines with aura before offering CHCs. Do you find ACOG or the CDC SPR faster for postpartum when-to-start and backup timing?

Quick example: I pinned the CDC SPR “reasonably certain not pregnant” box to my phone’s home screen for Quick Start — 10 seconds and I know if I can start today without extra labs or backup confusion (https://www.cdc.gov/contraception/hcp/index.html), which saves me from the “do we need a test?” ping-pong. For >35 or HTN/smoker visits I’ll also peek at the ACC ASCVD risk calculator to frame CHC risk in numbers, but I still default to MEC for hard stops; @sturner76 do you use SPR at the point of care?
