Stay sharp out there, and don’t hesitate to jump on these opportunities. They’re not going to last long, so if something catches your eye, go for it. Good luck!

Most of my remote peds visits land after 5pm — verify patient-state licensure early: https://www.ncsbn.org/licensure/aprn-compact.page. Some roles still need weekends.

Apply same day — these “real-time” posts disappear, @OP. Also confirm per-visit vs hourly and paid EHR training.

From my last remote cardiology contract, the biggest surprise was payer credentialing lag — ask the recruiter on @OP’s listings if they’ll start you on cash-pay or RPM reviews while panels load, and get a sandbox login for a quick “test visit.” Small caveat: confirm malpractice includes telehealth across state lines and who owns inbox/after-hours messages, or your evenings turn into whack‑a‑mole.
